June 24, 2010, Savanakket, Laos. In the morning, Long March Project participants completed a twenty-four kilometre walk on the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Seated together with his fellow travellers in a local shack, resting in the afternoon, Lu Xinghua delivered a one-hour speech communicating his ideas about art and politics. The following are the speech notes written by Lu Xinghua in preparation for his talk.
