A keynote lecture by Gao Shiming which explores the complicated domain in which art history is formed. In 2013, Gao Shiming invited about eighty China Academy of Art (CAA) students to focus on and investigate the year 1985 as a cross-section of history. Together they filmed and produced eighty-five short videos and formed the exhibition 1985: Eighty-Five Stories.
