ASIA ART ARCHIVE (AAA) was established in 2000 as an independent non-profit organization based in Hong Kong and focused on documenting the recent history of contemporary art in Asia within an international context. With one of the most valuable growing collections of material on the recent history of art from Asia, freely available from their website and onsite library, AAA builds tools and communities to collectively expand knowledge through research, residency, and educa- tional programs. AAA’s Research Collections comprise digitized material gathered from focused research projects undertaken by AAA in partnership with artists, art professionals, and researchers.
