1David Joselit
David Joselit, Chair of the Department of the History of Art at Yale University, received his B.A. and Ph.D. from Harvard University. As a scholar, curator, and critic, his research has focused on pivotal moments in modern art ranging from the Dada movement of the early twentieth century to the emergence of globalization and new media over the past decade. He is the author of Infinite Regress: Marcel Duchamp 1910-1941 (MIT Press, 1998), American Art Since 1945 (Thames and Hudson, World of Art Series, 2003), and Feedback: Television Against Democracy (MIT Press, 2007). He writes regularly on contemporary art and culture for publications such as Artforum and OCTOBER.
