Evelyn Lok
Evelyn Lok recently completed a double B.A. and B.Ed. in English Language and Fine Arts from the University of Hong Kong. Her thesis focuses on the idea of the unique “two language and three-dialect” linguistic situation in Hong Kong and how it contributes to its citizens’ personal identities. Having spent her childhood in Toronto, she is an aspiring writer with an interest in contemporary Asian art, specifically issues concerning language and bilingual and multicultural identity.
