Fiona He

Fiona He graduated with a B.A. from McGill University majoring in Asian Studies and Art History in 2004. Upon her graduation, she received the Canada-China Scholar Exchange Grant for enrollment in a one-year program focusing on Chinese art history at the Central Academy of Fine Art. Since 2004, she has been working as a freelance translator for major galleries in Beijing specializing in contemporary Chinese art. She joined Asia Art Archive in the summer of 2008 with the intent to proactively seek out dialogues within the Chinese art scene and to explore emerging artists, alternative art forms, spaces, and exhibitions.
