Huang Du
Huang Du, Ph.D., is an artist, a curator, and critic. He was Editor of Meishu (Fine Arts), China’s leading art journal, from 1988 to 2001. He has since curated important projects such as Open Mouth, Eyes Closed (Beijing, 1995), The Space and the Visual (Beijing, 1998), The Manufacturing China (New York, 2002), The Second Seoul International New Media Art Biennale, (2002), The 50th Venice Biennale—Zhong Guo Guan (2003), and The 26th São Paulo Biennale—Zhong Guo Guan (2004).
