Ingrid Chu
Ingrid Chu is a Canadian curator and writer living in New York. Prior to co-founding the non-profit commissioning organization Forever & Today, Inc. (2008) in New York’s Chinatown/Lower East Side, Chu curated exhibitions and public projects for over a decade and founded RED-I Projects (2004), an independent initiative producing roving artists’ projects in the public realm. She received an M.A. in Curatorial Studies from the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College ( , 2003) and has worked at nonprofit cultural organizations including the Power Plant and the Noguchi Museum. She regularly serves as a visiting curator and guest critic for numerous educational and non-profit organizations, and her critical writing has been featured in Afterall, Fillip, Frieze, Kaleidoscope, Parachute, and TimeOut New York, among other international publications.
