1Sohl Lee
Sohl Lee is a Ph.D. student in the Visual and Cultural Studies Program at the University of Rochester. Before joining the program, she worked at a New York-based arts management consulting firm, as well as various cultural organizations in Seoul, New York, and Paris. In the summer of 2008, Lee coordinated the Global Institute, an educational and academic program as part of the 7th Gwangju Biennale in South Korea. Her current research interests include institutional critique, contemporary art of East Asia, globalization, and feminist theory.
