Tony Godfrey

Tony Godfrey’s books include Conceptual Art (1998) and Painting Today (2009). He worked in various art schools in Great Britain from 1977 to 1989 and for Sotheby’s Institute London from 1989 to 2008. During this time he wrote for Burlington Magazine and Art in America and authored many exhibition catalogues. He has lived and worked in Singapore since 2008 and has contributed his writings to LEAP, Broadsheet, and C Arts Magazine. He is currently Head of Research at Sotheby’s Institute Asia.
