Urs Meile

Urs Meile, a gallerist and consultant since the mid-1980s, is the founder and Director of Galerie Urs Meile, Beijing-Lucerne. He has coordinated many exhibitions at prominent museums and biennales, which include La Biennale di Venezia in Italy, Chengdu Biennale in China, documenta 12 in Germany, and the Guangzhou Triennial. In 2006, he established an artist-in-residence program at his gallery to foster cultural exchanges, ideas, and discourses between artists from the West and China
