Voon Pow Bartlett is an artist, curator, lecturer, and writer as well as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She is interested in exploring an expanded field in the study of the complex causal framework influencing global discourses on fine art. She serves as a trustee of Third Text and as an advisor to Contemporary Chinese Art Journal and the British Chinese Art Association. She founded Artefiction in order to promote a transnational dialogue. She is also a volunteer at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
