Download Instructions for PDF Subscriptions
To download your new issue please follow these steps:
1) Visit http://yishu-online.com/shopping-cart/purchased-downloads/
2) Log into your account with your email address and password.
3) Click the PDF icon in the Download column, next to the issue you would like to download.

Delivery Methods
PDF Purchase: PDF purchases will be available for download immediately upon a successful payment transaction. Your purchases will be available for download through your website account.
Printed Copy: Printed copies will be mailed to the shipping address provided upon successful payment. Mail delivery can take 2-3 weeks.
Credit card orders are securely processed by Moneris Solutions.
Return/Refund Policy
Printed Copy: Refunds can be requested within 30 days from original date of purchase. Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in.
PDF Purchase: Refunds are not available for digital products purchase through yishu-online.com
Subscription: Request of cancellation must be sent 30 days before the publishing date of the next issue. A refund for any issues not received will be provided.

Please note: Due to a significant increase in postage during the past 12 years, we are obliged to adjust the postage charge accordingly for subscriptions starting in 2016.
