Fang Xiao-feng is Associate Professor at The Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, and Chief Editor of Zhuang-Shi. Fang received his doctoral degree from the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University, in 2002. He is also an architect, having designed the Leifeng Pagoda on the banks of the West Lake, Hangzhou. Fang has also written several books on architecture and design
