1Ou Ning
Ou Ning is a curator who initiated the Chinese
biennial exhibition Get It Louder (2005, 2007, 2010). He also curated the sound project Awakening Battersea (2006) in China Power Station exhibitions, which was co-organized by the Serpentine Gallery and the Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art. He was the chief curator of the 2009 Shenzhen and Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism\\Architecture and organized the Shenzhen Marathon Conversation by Rem Koolhaas, Hans Ulrich Obrist, and thirty Chinese leading figures. Ou Ning curated The Solutions: Design and Social Engineering for the 2011 Chengdu Biennale. He is based in Beijing and is a member of the Asian Art Council 2011 at the Guggenheim Museum.
