Sophia Kidd is currently a doctoral candidate at Sichuan University researching aesthetics in classical Chinese literature. She has lived in China for most of the past fourteen years and has published arts writing, poetry, fiction, and translations. She presently co-curates Frequency, a semi-annual experimental live art exhibition, in China.
