Stephanie Tung
Stephanie H. Tung is a Ph.D. Candidate at Princeton University. She specializes in modern and contemporary Chinese art and is currently at work on a dissertation that explores the development of art photography in early twentieth-century China. She is a contributing author to Ai Weiwei: New York 1983–1993 (Chambers Fine Art, 2010), The Chinese Photobook: From 1900s to Present (Aperture, 2015), and Art and China after 1989: Theater of the World (Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, 2017). Her writing has also appeared in the Trans Asia Photography Review and Aperture.
